Challenge
Finding short-term accommodation can be frustrating due to scattered listings, complicated booking flows, and limited transparency around availability and pricing.
The challenge was to design a mobile experience that:
Helps users discover rooms quickly
Simplifies the search and booking flow
Enables hosts to list properties easily
Provides a clear overview of pricing, listings, and booking status
What I did
Designed the end-to-end mobile application experience for both guests and hosts
Created a room discovery flow with search, filtering, and listing previews
Designed listing cards that highlight room photos, pricing, and location
Built a host listing flow that allows users to upload images and add property details
Designed authentication flows including phone login and social login
Created booking interaction elements such as chat, booking actions, and notifications
Ensured the UI maintains clear hierarchy, modern visual design, and usability
